At ObsessionByFlor, every piece of jewelry is handmade with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

🕓 Returns & Refunds

You may request a full refund within 5 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please email obsessionsbyflor@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item (if applicable).
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

🚫 After 10 Days

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after 10 days from the delivery date.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund.
